Outing:
We have a model shoot going on at the deserted house overlooking Inanda dam this weekend with a number of models sourced by Barrie. We meet in the parking lot at Crinkly Bottom at 6:30pm on Saturday, October 20, 2007. Members with trucks and 4x4s will give lifts to those without. The shoot probably won't take more than a couple of hours and then we'll have breakfast at Crinkly.
WHY NOT TAKE A LOOK THROUGH SOME OLD MAGAZINES AND TEAR OUT A COUPLE OF PICTURES OF MODELS IN POSES THAT YOU LIKE? BRING THEM ALONG ON SATURDAY AND IT'LL GIVE YOU A STARTING POINT FOR YOUR SHOOT.

Leanne used her 18-55mm lens for this great Lion portrait. The only improvements I could suggest would be to add a little bit of contrast to picture using curves and to lighten the eyes with the dodge tool, or similar.
Well done Leanne, I think your pic is great and that you have captured the mood well. Maybe the eyes could have been lightened otherwise very impressive.
